Drew Helmholtz has spent 25 years in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, as an operator and a trainer. He has managed teams of over 20 and budgets over $2 million per year. He has trained over 600 franchisees, developed and deployed the strategy for a corporate training solution for a 7000 unit chain. He has trained over 400 multi-unit supervisors in leadership, coaching, time management, and operations. He has led a team that saved a $460 million organization over $4 million annualized, through on-site coaching, training, and follow-up. He led a corporate market to it’s first profitable year in over a decade, a $60,000 EBITDA swing per location. He created and led the training for the largest turnaround in the pizza industry.
He is designated as a Certified Master Trainer and Master Performance Consultant by the Association of Training and Development. He has delivered a workshop at the ATD International Conference and Exposition on creating a 70-20-10 curriculum.
